1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked, or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in non-original packaging. The item has never been used.

2) Used

The item has been used as a demonstration, in a store, or has been exchanged by the customer within a few days. May not have original packaging, at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device has been used for 5 - 15 days, there are already visible claw scratches.

4) Heavily used

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days, there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It can be serviced, refurbished

The warranty period for "new" or "unpacked" condition is the same as for new goods, for "lightly used" condition the warranty period is 12 months, for "heavily used" condition the warranty period is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

The Eversweet Solo is an automatic water fountain with a capacity of 1.8 liters, which helps maintain the drinking regime of all pets regardless of breed size (recommended for small and medium dogs or cats). The circulation system helps to ensure fresh and clean water at all times. The four-filter system consists of a cotton layer, coconut shell activated carbon, and ion exchange resin - together they ensure healthy, oxygen-enriched water. The water fountain is designed with translucent material, so you can monitor your pet's total water consumption. Eversweet Solo is made of durable food-grade materials, so it is easy to clean. The underside of the fountain is non-slip, preventing the fountain from moving on the floor. Not only is the fountain energy efficient, but to top it off, it has an ultra-quiet operation that won't disturb you. Intelligent LED lights indicate the working status of the fountain. They will alert you when there is a lack of water and when the filter needs to be changed. With a simple click of a button, you can switch between Smart and Normal mode.

Ultra-quiet operation

The isolated pumping system guarantees very quiet operation of the fountain (max. 30 dB). It uses a special ultra-quiet 5 V pump, so you will not be aware of its operation at all.
