Information on the status of goods

1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked, or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in non-original packaging. The item has never been used.

2) Used*

The item has been used as a demonstration, in a store, or has been exchanged by the customer within a few days. May not have original packaging, at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device has been used for 5 - 15 days, there are already visible claw scratches.

4) Heavily used*

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days, there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It can be serviced, refurbished.

* We only sell 100% working items that can be used just like new. For example, waterproofness and other features are always preserved. The warranty period for category 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods, for category 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

Canicalm Spray is a spray-based anti-bark collar. The barking of the dog is sensed by a miniature microphone on a device that the dog wears around its neck. The barking activates the collar and sprays a dose of spray towards the dog's muzzle. The refill can be unscented, citronella or lavender scented, depending on your choice. The principle of operation implies that the device reacts not only to the barking of the dog wearing it, but also to any barking of another dog nearby. The collar is very easy to refill with the chosen refill from the cartridge, which is included in the delivery of the collar and can also be ordered separately. As the aim of behavioural correction is usually not to completely stop the dog from barking - barking of dogs is their natural expression and way of communicating with people - unlike electronic training collars, where we try to "hide" the connection between the fitting and their effect, in this case we emphasize it on the contrary. We show the anti-bark collar to the dog before putting it on and again after removing it. Dogs are very intelligent and quickly understand this "ceremony".

Bark detection

CanicalmSpray is triggered by a microphone on the dog's neck. The cartridge lasts approximately 25 actuations (squirts).

Batteries and charging

The Canicalm Spray collar uses a replaceable 3.6V lithium battery for power. The lifetime of the collar in operation is in the order of 3 to 4 years. The quality of the batteries used is what matters.

Thanks to the small receiver, we recommend Canicalm Spray for small, medium and large breeds of dogs. It is the ideal choice for all dogs weighing between 5 and 90kg.

Collar length

Canicalm Spray has a very strong and high quality collar made of plastic. It does not cause any problem for the dog to wear it and it holds well on the neck. The length of the collar is adjustable from 18 to 64cm.

Weight and dimensions

The Canicalm Spray has a medium sized collar that is very well shaped. It is 3.2cm wide, 6cm high, 3.2cm deep and weighs 42 grams including the battery.
