1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or it was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; visible scratches from claws are already present.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have gone through service/refurbishment.

The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” the warranty is 12 months; for “heavily used” it is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

The Patpet P19 training collar with a range of up to 500 m is recommended for both basic and professional training of medium and large dogs from 15 kg. The collar offers 3 types of correction – sound, vibration and an electrostatic impulse, which can be easily adjusted using the buttons on the transmitter. By purchasing an additional receiver, the training collar can be used to control 2 dogs with one transmitter. The elegant, slim transmitter covered with pleasant silicone with accessible buttons is easy to hold and operate. A safety keypad lock on the remote prevents accidental incorrect operation; the LED screen serves as a clear indicator of correction strength, battery status, the selected dog, and the position of the safety lock. The collar is only water-resistant; it can be used in light rain, but must not be submerged. The collar receiver features fast charging and long battery life; the transmitter runs on batteries, which are included in the package.

The Reedog P19 training collar helps you train your dog without a lead up to a distance of 500 metres. This collar is suitable for both amateur and professional dog training.

Correction type

Reedog P19 offers 3 adjustable training modes to help with your dog’s training – sound warning, vibration and electrostatic impulse. Vibration (1–16 levels), sound (1–8 levels) and impulse strength in 18 levels. You can easily adjust the collar to suit your dog. You can increase or decrease the correction strength at any time using the buttons on the transmitter.

Battery and charging

The Patpet P19 collar transmitter uses 1.5 V 2x AAA batteries and in standby lasts up to 60 days depending on the frequency and type of functions used. The receiver has very low power consumption; a full charge takes 2–3 hours, and then it remains in standby for up to 40 days. Battery status is indicated by a light indicator.

Waterproofing

The Reedog P19 dog training collar is only water-resistant with a protection rating of IPX5. It can only be used in light rain; longer exposure to water and diving are not possible. The collar is therefore an ideal choice more for basic use, but not for training dogs in water. The transmitter has the most basic water protection with an IPX1 rating.

Number of dogs

Reedog P19 can be used to control multiple dogs at once without loss of functions. By purchasing additional collars, you can easily expand it to train up to 2 dogs at the same time. You can then switch between individual dogs on the transmitter using a button.

Collar length

The Reedog P19 training collar has a very strong, high-quality nylon collar. The collar is adjustable and comfortable for dogs with a neck size from 20 up to 66 cm, and it can be trimmed as needed.

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 6 cm wide, 15 cm high (including antenna), 2.5 cm deep, and weighs 76 grams (including antenna and battery). The receiver is 3.5 cm wide, 6 cm high, 3 cm deep, and weighs 49 grams (including battery).
