Garmin Alpha 100 + TOPO EURO

The latest generation of Garmin Alpha 100 GPS dog collars with touchscreen and a brand-new user interface in the Czech language. The combination of GPS technology with GLONASS and VHF support will give you an overview of your dog's every step when chasing, rescuing, or walking in rough terrain. When you connect a compatible T5 collar (not included), you get a system for tracking your dog in any environmental conditions with support for new functionality for setting geofences with alerts.

EMERGENCY ALERT: Alpha 100 users can easily share their current location with others and trigger an alarm in case of danger.

ALPHA TRACKING - track the activity of other Alpha 100 users with pre-set messages.

DISTANCE ALERTS - alerts on distance or radius: set a radius to trigger an alert if the dog gets outside the selected radius in a given geofence.

• The Garmin Alpha 100 comes standard with an ANT+ wireless interface for connecting optional external sensors such as an external temp sensor.
• You can easily connect the device to your PC/MAC via USB and share your routes via the BaseCamp app, where you can plan your trips, analyze and manage routes and waypoints, manage POIs, and much more.
• The Garmin Alpha 100 is equipped with a 3D compass, making it a reliable companion even in unfamiliar terrain, and a micro SD card slot that you can use to upload any maps from the TOPO or road edition. The device uses VHF radio technology to locate dogs in the environment. The use of VHF radio equipment is generally regulated in Europe. IMPORTANT: The device is delivered to the Czech market with full support - controls in Czech, EU maps, and user manual in Slovak language only. Operation of the device on the territory of the Czech Republic is possible based on the conditions specified in the individual frequency use permit.

Range of the collar

Thanks to the simultaneous reception of signals from GPS and GLONASS satellites, you can be sure that your location will be accurately located even in difficult conditions, thanks to a range of up to 14.5 km or 6.5 km depending on the terrain and the chosen collar.

Waterproofing

Monitoring can take place even in inclement weather. Rain, snow, and mud are no longer an obstacle. The device is waterproof - resistant to getting wet and splashing water.

Number of dogs

Now is the extension to the maximum number of dogs (collars) to be tracked via Alpha 100 - it allows tracking up to 20 dogs at a time, with each GPS collar sending position data every 2.5, 5, 10, 30, or 120 seconds.
