PetSafe® Lite 300m, for small dogs

PetSafe® 300 is a small training collar with a range of 300 m for small, and medium-sized dogs from 5 to 30 kg. It is a suitable training assistant for dog enthusiasts, handlers, and professional cynologists. The Petsafe electronic collar has sound, vibration, and pulse functions, which are adjustable in 15 levels to suit training sensitive dogs thanks to extra fine transitions between pulse levels. The sophisticated lightweight receiver ensures your dog is comfortable to wear, and with two electrode lengths, you can tailor the collar to suit your dog. By adding a receiver, training can be extended for up to 2 dogs. It offers simple operation, with a digital display that is backlit and the data is perfectly legible on it. The display shows the correction level, battery level, and dog selection. A safety lock function prevents unwanted pulse increases, e.g. in a pocket. The PetSafe® 300 comes with a fully waterproof and submersible receiver of up to 1.5 meters but for a maximum of 30 minutes. The dog can therefore safely jump into the pool with the collar, and can even swim with it The transmitter is only rain and snow-resistant, but not submersible. The device is rechargeable with the USB cable included in the package and will last 2 - 3 days in operation.  

Range of the collar

With the PetSafe® 300 collar, you can train your dog at a maximum distance of 300 m. It is therefore suitable for less demanding training in the home environment or in the garden where the terrain is not very rugged.

Correction type

The PetSafe® 300 has 3 types of correction: sound, vibration, and electrostatic pulse, which can be adjusted on a scale of 15 levels. There are very gradual and subtle transitions between the levels, specially adapted for training more sensitive or fearful dogs.

Batteries and charging

The PetSafe® 300 lasts 2-3 days on a single charge for approximately 2 hours of operation. The device is recharged via the USB cable included in the package and a flashing icon on the receiver will alert you when the battery is low. 

Waterproofing

The PetSafe® 300 comes with a fully waterproof and submersible receiver up to 1.5 meters, but for a maximum of 30 minutes with an IPX7 rating. This makes it an ideal choice for training dogs in poor conditions (forest, mud, around water) and allows the dog to run through water. The transmitter on the PetSafe 300 is only rain and snow-resistant.

With an additional collar (receiver), you can train 2 dogs at the same time with the PetSafe® 300.

Display

The device controller has a digital backlit display that is large, clear, and easy to read. The display shows the correction level, battery status, and dog selection, so it is easy to navigate for when training 2 dogs.

Collar length

The collar strap is made of waterproof material and is adjustable for a maximum neck volume of 15-71 cm. The device can be removed from the collar and put on any other strap.

Weight and dimensions

The radio is 3.9 cm wide, 11.5 cm high, 3 cm deep, and weighs 65.2 grams. The receiver is 3.5 cm wide, 5.5 cm high, 2.37 cm deep, and weighs 39.7 grams.
