The Canicom 5.1500 is a very versatile electronic training collar with sound, vibration, adjustable pulse in 25 levels and a standby booster button. With a single transmitter you can train up to 4 dogs at the same time at a distance of up to 1500 m. The device is waterproof, battery operated and the walkie-talkie has a clear LCD display. The handy button for quick sending of a more intense impulse (called BOOSTER) is designed for crisis situations, when the dog, for example, starts after game, heads for the road, etc. Its level can be pre-programmed to a suitable strength, higher than that normally used in training. This "standby" button allows you to switch to a stronger correction at the touch of a button and quickly and emphatically alert the dog to inappropriate behaviour. Use the booster when the dog does not respond to the normally used level. The high range, waterproof and Booster function make the Canicom 5.1500 training collar a suitable solution for hunting dogs or working in the field.

The Canicom 5.1500 helps you train your dog without a leash up to 1500 meters. In terms of functions and reliability, the collar is also suitable for professional purposes. Thanks to its high range, the training collar can be used comfortably even in the forest, where conditions are worse and the range may be reduced.

Type of correction

The Canicom 5.1500 has the option of using sound, vibration and electrostatic pulse as correction, offering up to 25 levels. You can easily adjust the collar to suit your dog. You can increase or decrease the strength of the pulse at any time using the button on the transmitter. The Canicom 5.1500 comes with a standby Booster function that increases the pulse level by several levels at the touch of a button.

Batteries and charging

The Canicom 5.1500 is powered by 2x 1.5V LR06 batteries, which last 3-4 months. The receiver requires a 3V CR2 battery and has a battery life of 1-3 months. Above all, the quality of the batteries matters - we recommend using Energizer batteries.

Waterproofing

The Canicom 5.1500 comes with a fully waterproof and submersible receiver with IPX7 rating. The transmitter does not mind normal rain, snow or mud, but must not be fully submerged in water. Bad weather is no longer an obstacle for training.

Number of dogs 

Canicom 5.1500 is a set for training 2 dogs. You can switch between the other dogs with one button on the transmitter. By adding receivers you can control up to 4 dogs.

Display

The Canicom 5.1500 has a high quality backlit LCD display that allows you to train your dog both day and night. On the display you can see the type and setting of the correction, the intensity of the correction and the indication of the battery charge/discharge status.

Collar length

Canicom 5.1500 has a very strong and high quality collar made of plastic. It doesn't give your puppy any problem wearing it and it holds well on his neck. The length of the collar is adjustable from 20 to 68cm.

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 5.6 cm wide, 18.5 cm high, 3 cm deep and weighs 131 grams including the battery. The receiver is 7 cm wide, 5 cm high, 3.2 cm deep and weighs 85 grams.
