The warranty period for "new" or "unpacked" condition is the same as for new goods; for "lightly used" condition, the warranty period is 12 months; for "heavily used" condition, the warranty period is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

The Dogtra ARC 800 offers a vibration and a short or long pulse in an incredible 127 levels to alert your dog. Pulse strength adjustment is very smooth with minimal differences in strength between levels. Therefore, the alert can be really extremely gentle for the dog. You can change the strength of the pulse at any time using the wheel on the transmitter.

Both the collar and the transmitter are rechargeable and boast very good battery life - up to several days with normal use. The Dogtra ARC 800 has an ergonomically shaped transmitter and very responsive controls - the buttons are separated for each function - thus ensuring the quick response that is needed during training. Due to the possibility of adjusting the strength of the electrostatic pulses in 127 levels, the collar is suitable for small, medium, and large dog breeds. It is recommended for dogs weighing from 10 to 90kg. The collar is fully waterproof up to 1 meter when submerged for short periods of time. 

Range of the collar

Type of correction 

The Dogtra ARC 800 uses vibration and pulse. This can be adjusted in 127 levels. The alert to the dog can thus be really extremely gentle. Simply tailor the collar specifically for your dog. You can increase or decrease the strength of the pulse at any time using the wheel on the transmitter.

Batteries and charging

Both the transmitter and receiver of the Dogtry ARC 800 are equipped with a replaceable and fast-charging Li-Po battery. The battery life of the transmitter and the collar itself is around 3 to 7 days in operation. The collar and radio can be charged within 2 hours.

Waterproofing

The Dogtra ARC 800 comes with a fully waterproof and submersible receiver up to 1 meter. This makes it the ideal choice for training dogs in water or extreme conditions (forest, mud). The transmitter of the Dogtra ARC 800 is only waterproof (it does not mind short-term rain or snow).

Number of dogs

The Dogtra ARC 800 can only be used on 1 dog. For use with 2 dogs, the Dogtra ARC 802 is used.

Collar length

The Dogtra ARC 800 has a very strong and high-quality collar made of plastic. It does not cause any problem for the dog to wear it, and it holds well on the neck. The length of the collar is adjustable from 20 to 65 cm.

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 4.5cm wide, 11.1cm high, and 3.2cm deep and weighs 110 grams. The receiver is 8.9cm wide, 2.9cm high, and 4.2cm deep and weighs 65 grams.
