The bowl works by using a microchip, which is built into the collar pendant SureFlap RFID, or by using a chip inserted by a veterinarian into the animal's body. Using revolutionary technology, the Surefeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect turns your pets existing microchip into an electronic key that allows access to the food within.
Specially designed for multi-pet households, this feeder is microchip activated, ensuring that pets are unable to steal food from other furry family members.
As soon as the dog or cat leaves the sensor space, the lid of the dispenser is automatically closed. You can choose between three different closing speeds. In addition, the lid closes to form a seal with the neoprene lip, helping to retain moisture and to keep food fresh.
Why is good to have a HUB?
The purchase of the Sure Hub is required in order to link this device to the Sure Petcare app. Each Sure Hub can connect up to ten other smart devices, that can be easy control via your phone. Thanks to the HUB function, you can easily connect to the app wherever you are.

Sure Feed Bowl connects to Sure Petcare app via a SureFlap hub that is connected to the home router. Each hub can connect up to ten devices. The hub is made of plastic in the shape of a cat's head with led ears. Through the hub, all information about your pet's nutrition will be transmitted directly to your smartphone. Thanks to this, you will get a constant overview, and you will be able to identify changes in food intake. Use the Sure Petcare app to adjust the portion weight and choose the type of food (wet, dry, or both).
