The two-element HEPA filter with carbon filter removes from the large particles like dust, and hair to the fine ones. In addition, it absorbs unpleasant odors. Petoneer recommends washing the filter once a month and completely replacing it every 3 months to make the AirMaster air purifier as efficient as possible. The Petoneer app will also provide you with information that the filter needs to be changed.
