1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed; alternatively, the packaging may have been damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, and may have at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5 - 15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been through servicing/refurbishment.

The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” condition is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” goods the warranty period is 12 months; for “heavily used” goods it is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

The UahPet Pro cordless stainless-steel fountain has a 2-litre capacity. This means it can last up to 15 days of continuous operation in a household with one or two cats. The large-capacity 5000mAh battery is sufficient for up to 45 days of operation. There is no need to charge the fountain frequently.

Effective 6-layer filtration

The filtration is 6-layer, which means it cleans the water perfectly. Activated carbon from coconut shells and KDF filter media absorb pollutants and bind heavy metals, chlorine and other impurities found in tap water. Ion-exchange resin softens the water and helps prevent kidney stones, silica sand prevents damage to sensory organs, and PP cotton protects against parasites and removes pet hair. The comprehensive filtration system ensures perfectly clean and always fresh water for your pets.

Ingenious solution

The UahPet fountain works in two modes: a timed mode that switches on the water flow every 20 minutes, and a sensor mode. The sensor automatically detects your pet’s presence and turns on the water flow as soon as your pet approaches the fountain—within a 120-degree range around the fountain. Set the fountain to suit you and your pet best. Quiet operation below 30 dB ensures you can enjoy peaceful rest.

Completely safe solution

The external pump ensures that maintenance of the water pump is simple and completely safe. You won’t have water getting into the electrics. Stainless steel is safe for health and hygienic, easy to maintain and clean. The material is also very durable and will last for years of use. Thanks to the window, it is easy to see the water level and whether the fountain needs topping up.
