1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, and may have at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15–40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have undergone servicing/refurbishment.

The warranty period for the “as new” or “unboxed” condition is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” the warranty is 12 months; for “heavily used” it is 6 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

Interactive play, thanks to the distance options, is suitable for any space, and your dog can play outside too—even in less favourable weather. If your furry friend is curious, surprise them with random mode, where the fetch toy itself randomly alternates the launch distances. Another big advantage of the iFetch fetch toy is the instant, fast ball launch, which keeps the game moving and won’t leave your dog bored. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, so after charging you can move the toy anywhere or take it outside. After charging, your four-legged athlete can fetch up to 300 launches.

Durable plastic material and high-quality construction make it easier to use the automatic toy outdoors. The pack includes 3 balls that are the same size as standard tennis balls, which can also be used for play. The automatic toy is easy to clean and easy to handle.

Training will be a breeze with the iFetch toy!

Teaching your dog to fetch independently will be a breeze too. Train your dog for only 10 minutes at a time, ideally 3 times a day. Prepare the iFetch fetch toy and practise near it. First, roll or toss the ball along the ground at a shorter distance. If they pick up the ball and head towards you, reward them immediately with a treat and praise. Once they manage the game, show your dog that the wide chute is the right place to insert the ball. When they return to you with the ball, use your hand to indicate where to place the ball. When your dog starts exploring the chute, reward them with a treat and praise.
