1. Introductory Provisions The business company Reedog s.r.o., with its registered office at Sedmidomky 459/8, Prague 10 - Michle, 101 00, ID No. (IČO): 05179220, VAT No.: CZ05179220 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), is organizing a marketing campaign titled "EXTRA DISCOUNTS" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") in the period from September 16, 2026, to September 30, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period"), the purpose of which is to support the sales of selected assortment on the e-shops. The rules and conditions of the Campaign are available on the websites www.reedog.eu and www.electric-collars.com.
As a retail seller, the Organizer supplies goods primarily to natural persons as end customers (consumers). The Organizer expressly reserves the right to cancel orders from customers who are not consumers if the quantity of ordered goods exceeds the quantity customary for personal consumption by natural persons. In such a case, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail and any already paid purchase price will be refunded.
2. Definition of the Campaign Within the Campaign, the Organizer provides a discount of up to 50% on selected products that are included in the Campaign and marked on the websites www.reedog.eu and www.electric-collars.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods").
The discount is applied automatically within the selling price of the selected Goods on the website, or via a discount code if stated for a specific product. The number of pieces that the Buyer can purchase may be limited. The current selling price of the Goods from which the discount is calculated may change during the Campaign. The discount on the Goods is valid for the duration of the inclusion of the given Goods in the Campaign or until stocks of the given Goods are sold out during the Campaign. The offer of Goods included in the Campaign may be modified during its course.
3. Order When ordering products offered in the Campaign, it is necessary to proceed in accordance with the valid business terms and conditions of the Organizer and these Campaign conditions. Goods within the Campaign can be purchased exclusively online at www.reedog.eu and www.electric-collars.com.
The provision of the discount is conditioned upon the proper completion of the order and the proper payment of the purchase price. Discounts provided within this Campaign cannot be combined with other discounts or other price benefits provided by the Organizer, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product or discount.
4. Final Provisions The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors caused during the transmission of electronic messages. The Organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of the Campaign and, if necessary, to terminate or cancel the Campaign prematurely.
The discount cannot be paid out in cash. A Campaign participant who returns Goods is not entitled to any compensation except for the refund of the actually paid price of the Goods.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign customers who:
Fail to meet the Campaign conditions;
Act in violation of the law, good morals, or commit fraudulent behavior in connection with the Campaign;
Provide false or incomplete information in the Campaign.
In the event of the exclusion of a participant, the participant has no right to compensation for costs or damages that might arise therefrom. These Campaign rules take effect on the day of their announcement.
