Canicom R-500

The Canicom R-500 training collar from NUM´AXES is a revolutionary innovation among training collars. It has a range of up to 500 meters. It is the most basic model of the Canicom R series. As far as correction is concerned, you have three functions to choose from - sound, vibration, and impulse. The impulse is adjustable in 15 levels. Each setting locks itself based on a safety trigger, such as repeated and prolonged use, thus deactivating the function for a set time to prevent your dog from getting hurt. The transmitter is compatible with up to 2 collars, so up to 2 dogs can be controlled at the same time. However, it is suitable for medium and large breeds from 6 months of dog age. The receiver on the collar is fully waterproof, so your dog can comfortably and safely swim with it.

Range of the collar

The range of the Canicom R-500 collar is up to 500 meters under ideal conditions. This is the most basic version of the Canicom R range of collars.

Type of correction

With the Canicom R-500 collar, you have a choice of three functions - sound, vibration, and impulse, which has 15 levels. You can also use the Booster button, i.e. increased correction. You can combine the corrections as you like and switch easily and quickly according to your dog's reactions.

Battery and charging

The Canicom R-500 has a rechargeable receiver and transmitter with a backlit LCD display. Of course, it comes with a USB cable, which you get as part of the package. The transmitter is powered by a 3.7V/1020mAh Li-ion battery with 2 days of continuous operation. The receiver is powered by a 3.7V/500mAh Li-ion battery with up to 8 days of continuous operation.

Waterproofing

The device is fully waterproof. The transmitter is not affected by normal rain, snow or mud, but must not be immersed in water. With the receiver, the dog can dive into the water and swim happily. This makes it an ideal choice for basic use as well as for worse conditions in the woods or mud.

Number of dogs

The transmitter can control up to 2 dogs at the same time, you only need to buy additional collars for the set. The device is suitable for medium and large-sized dogs from 6 months of age.

Display

The Num Axes Canicom R-500 has a high-quality backlit LCD display that allows you to train your dog both day and night. On the display, you have all the indicators - the type of correction, impulse intensity, indication of battery level, and controlled dog.

Collar length

Num Axes Canicom R-500 has a very strong and high-quality collar made of plastic. The collar is comfortable to wear and holds well on the dog's neck. The length of the collar is adjustable from 20 to 50 cm.

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter measures 130 x 57 x 31 mm and weighs 130 grams, while the receiver measures 67 x 40 x 43 mm. The weight of the receiver is 71 grams, so it is designed for medium and larger dogs.
