USED - Patpet T500

1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked, or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in non-original packaging. The item has never been used.

2) Used

The item has been used as a demonstration, in a store, or has been exchanged by the customer within a few days. May not have original packaging, at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device has been used for 5 - 15 days, there are already visible claw scratches.

4) Heavily used

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days, there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It can be serviced, refurbished

The warranty period for "new" or "unpacked" condition is the same as for new goods, for "lightly used" condition the warranty period is 12 months, for "heavily used" condition the warranty period is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

The Patpet T500 is a waterproof training collar with a range of 800m for all breeds from 5 to 90kg. The Patpet electronic collar has sound, vibration, spray and light functions that are adjustable in three levels. By adding a receiver, training can be extended for up to 3 dogs at the same time. It offers simple operation, so there is a separate button for each function. The rechargeable receiver and transmitter ensure the collar will operate in standby mode for up to 180 days. The collar is without pulse correction, so it has no electrodes. This makes the collar very gentle and suitable for breeds such as the hairless dog, or dogs that are sensitive or prone to rashes. The intense LED light on the dog's collar, which is colour adjustable, will not lose your companion even in the dark. The Patpet T500 dog training collar is waterproof only, it can be used in light rain but must not be submerged.

Range of the collar

With the Patpet T500 training collar you can train your dog up to 800 metres. The collar is suitable for training in different terrain - on the training ground, in the city, but also in the forest.

Type of correction 

The Patpet T500 is without electrical impulse and has the possibility to use as functions spray, vibration and sound which are adjustable in three levels. The collar also has a light function which is also adjustable. There is a separate button for each function, which is important for quick operation of the collar. 

Batteries and charging

The Petpet T500 transceiver is equipped with a 500mAh rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. 2 hours of fast charging will provide up to 14 days of battery life. 

Waterproofing

The Patpet T500 dog training collar is only waterproof with an IPX5 protection rating. It can only be used in light rain, however, prolonged stays in water and diving are not possible. This makes the collar an ideal choice for basic use, but not for dog training in water. The transmitter has the most basic water protection with IPX1 rating.

Number of dogs 

Patpet T500 can be used to control multiple dogs at once without loss of functionality. By adding an additional collar, you can easily expand it to train 3 dogs at once. On the transmitter you can switch between dogs using the middle button marked CH.

Length of collar

Patpet T500 has a very strong and high quality collar made of nylon. It doesn't give your pooch a problem wearing it and holds well on his neck. The length of the collar is adjustable up to 72 cm. 

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 5 cm wide, 12.5 cm high (with antenna), 2.5 cm deep and weighs 64 grams. The receiver is 3.5 cm wide, 6 cm high, 3 cm deep and weighs 86 grams (including battery).
