Although the percentage of complaints is small, it is good to know that in our e-shope you have the same assurances as store. It is in our interest to deal with all claims as quickly as possible, so do not worry that you expect to process more than necessary (usually everything is resolved within 10 working days). The warranty begins on the date of takeover (by courier, by post, to store ..). Goods are warranted for 24 months (in some cases 36). The seller is responsible for all product defects that has the goods on receipt by the buyer or that appear during the warranty period. It does not apply, then the defects caused by rough handling or mechanical damage. Complaint may be filed by post or in person.
